The Excel Palace Hotel proved to be great value for money with their reasonable prices. The location was convenient, as it was fairly close to the airport and just around the corner from a new shopping mall. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that basic amenities were well taken care of. The rooms had a cozy atmosphere, with their dark furnishings adding a touch of elegance. Additionally, the breakfast provided in the adjacent restaurant was a delightful start to the day.

There was lakes and the bay not far from the place. Our favorite hotel in Yangon, stuff was PLEASANT. Views from the sunny balcony. The bus stop was 700 feet away.

The breakfast was decent and had a variety of options to choose from. , the location was great as it was close to major attractions and transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay.
Our xmas at the hotel was a major disappointment. The room condition was not great, with stained linens and towels.

Good location near Myanmar Plaza, Inya Lake, Embassies. Strong and fast wifi. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Hotel owns a good restaurant.

We had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly staff who welcomed us upon arrival. The location is ideal as it is close to the airport and a new shopping mall. We found the internet connection to be fast and reliable, very convenient for us. the hotel provides a parking space , made it very easy for us to have our own transportation while exploring this city.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel is situated in a good location close to an airport and a new shopping mall. the included breakfast at the nearby restaurant is well-stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The room and bathroom are outdated and unkempt, with stained bedding and drapes, and unclean bathrooms.

The room was spacious and had a good amount of furniture. the location was convenient, as it was near the beach and several restaurants. the wifi worked well, which was a huge plus.
The room was very run down and dirty. the drapes were torn, and the bedding had visible stains.
